How the hell can you sell so many things for $4.20?

We truly believe in the concept that access to the plant and its accessories is a necessity that everyone should be able to afford. Many of the items we sell are not too expensive to begin with (papers, lighters, etc.). For the more expensive items, we are not looking to make much profit. We keep our overhead low and pass the savings on to you.

How long does shipping take?

We ship USPS or UPS from Dallas, Texas. Shipping takes 2-7 business days inside the USA. Expect 5-15 days to the rest of the world.

Do you offer discreet shipping?

Yes. All of our packages(except international) are sent in unmarked boxes.

What if my order is wrong or an item arrives broken?

If an item arrives to you broken or incorrect, first DO NOT USE THE ITEM. Let us know within 7 days and we will pay the return shipping and issue a full refund or exchange.

When will a specific item be back in stock?

We do our best to keep all our products in stock, but can sometimes be tricky. Check back soon!
