CBD is the new buzz word in the cannabis field because it is the side of cannabis that provides no buzz, or mind expansion effect. CBD can be extracted from hemp, which is a strain of cannabis that has lower levels of the psychoactive cannabinoid Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), which gives cannabis-users a “high.” Under the farm bill, CBD can be legally extracted from hemp and sold as long as it had no more than 0.3% THC.
The international organization, 420Nurses, who celebrate their ten year anniversary this October 31, held their first CBD dinner on July 20th. The group headquartered in San Fernando Valley, also has a boutique store located at 7029 Topanga Cyn Blvd. The dinner was held upstairs with two long rows of tables for those in attendance.
Shrimp/Tuna/Pasta, CBD sauce
